The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding. We had an unfortunate incident with some very slight damage to the car's fender. While there was some initial confusion about the insurance coverage, the team was very reasonable and worked with us to find a fair solution. We really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to negotiate. The car itself was great, and the overall rental process was smooth. Would recommend!
